     Multiply both sides of the equation by:(1 + ( X ÷ 12 × 3))
     10 + 25 ÷ (1 + X ) × (1 + ( X ÷ 12 × 3)) = 15(1 + ( X ÷ 12 × 3))
    Remove a bracket on the left of the equation::
     10 + 25 ÷ (1 + X ) × 1 + 25 ÷ (1 + X ) × ( X ÷ 12 × 3) = 15(1 + ( X ÷ 12 × 3))
    Remove a bracket on the right of the equation::
     10 + 25 ÷ (1 + X ) × 1 + 25 ÷ (1 + X ) × ( X ÷ 12 × 3) = 15 × 1 + 15( X ÷ 12 × 3)
    The equation is reduced to :
