    The inequality can be reduced to 6 inequalities:
         x ^ 2 - x - 2 >0 * x ^ 2 - 2 * x - 8         (1)
        0 * x ^ 2 - 2 * x - 8 <0 * x ^ 2 - 3 * x         (2)
        0 * x ^ 2 - 3 * x >0 * ( x + 13 ) ^ 2 - 28 * ( x ^ 2 - x - 2 )         (3)
        0 * ( x + 13 ) ^ 2 - 28 * ( x ^ 2 - x - 2 ) >0 * x         (4)
        0 * x > -13 * x         (5)
         -13 * x <15         (6)

    From inequality(1):
         x ∈ R (R is all real numbers),that is, in the real number range, the inequality is always established!
    From inequality(2):
         x < 8
    From inequality(3):
         x < -0.965126 或  x > 2.072269
    From inequality(4):
         -1 < x < 2
    From inequality(5):
         x > 0
    From inequality(6):
         x > -1.153846

    From inequalities (1) and (2)
         x < 8    (7)
    From inequalities (3) and (7)
         x < -0.965126 或  2.072269 < x < 8     (8)
    From inequalities (4) and (8)
         -1 < x < -0.965126     (9)
    From inequalities (5) and (9)
