        From the definition field of divisor
         x + 2 ≠ 0        (2 )
        From the definition field of divisor
         6 * x + 3 + 19 * x ^ 2 ≠ 0        (3 )

    From inequality(1):
         a < -2.185459 或  -2 < a < 1.859616
    From inequality(2):
         a < -2 或  a > -2
    From inequality(3):
         a ∈ R (R为全体实数),即在实数范围内,不等式恒成立!
