    Solution:
    The inequality can be reduced to 1 inequality:
         ( 4 * x ^ 2 - 20 * x + 8 ) / ( x ^ 2 - 5 * x + 4 ) ≥3         (1)
        From the definition field of divisor
         x ^ 2 - 5 * x + 4 ≠ 0        (2 )

    From inequality(1):
         x ≤ -0.701562 或  1 ≤ x ≤ 4 或  x ≥ 5.701562
    From inequality(2):
         x < 1 或  1 < x < 4 或  x > 4

    From inequalities (1) and (2)
         x ≤ -0.701562 或  1 < x < 4 或  x ≥ 5.701562    (3)

    The final solution set is :

         x ≤ -0.701562 或  1 < x < 4 或  x ≥ 5.701562
